Sam Jones aka ‘DJ GOLDMAN SAX’ has booked his first gig at The Heke, and we’re excited. This DJ has been flown to Tuscany and Rarotonga this year to play at the hottest weddings on the calendar. Sam offers a unique blend of DJ mixing and live music performance, including saxophone, flute, and keys.
We’re going to be having fun with Aperol Spritz specials and giveaways, as well as pouring The Heke’s beers, spirits and local wines.

Sam has played at festivals including Bay Dreams, Rhythm & Vines, Northern Bass, Soundsplash, and Electric Avenue, where he was a soloist with ‘Synthony'. He’s done multiple guest mixes on George FM Breakfast, shared the stage with accomplished Kiwi musicians such as Laughton Kora, Tiki Taane, Joel Shadbolt, Ella Monnery and Dick Johnson, and loves to share good music with good people.
